Job Description

Our client is an established investment firm based in limassol, on their behalf we are seeking a Junior Compliance Officer to join their team. The right candidate will have University Degree in law or related and be a Member of the Bar Association of Cyprus (or abroad).

Job Responsibilities

• AML/Due diligence/KYC procedures
• Examining, evaluating and responding promptly to client queries
• Responding to compliance enquiries
• Performing regular monitoring to ensure that standards are adhered
• Preparing/drafting documents
• Complaints Handling
• Assisting in preparation of Compliance management information including reports
• Record Keeping
• Prepare applications, notifications and record updates for the Cyprus Securities & Exchange Commission (CySEC)
• Ensure investment firms fulfil their annual obligations and licence conditions
• Assisting Head of Compliance

Requirements

• University Degree in law or related
• Member of the Bar Association of Cyprus (or abroad)
• Fluent in English and Greek, both oral and written
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong Microsoft Office Skills
• Excellent organisation skills and ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks
• Strong drafting skills with excellent attention to detail
