On behalf of our client, a Spanish restaurant in Nicosia, we are seeking to recruit a high caliber individual for the following position:

Sous Chef

Qualifications:
-Minimum 2 years working experience in similar position
-A diploma in Cookery or Culinary Arts
-Excellent attention to detail and hygiene
-Able to prepare the best quality of food
-Be quick, efficient and work well as part of a team
-Must speak fluently Greek and English
-Reliable and dependable
-Motivated and Enthusiastic
-Good organizational and time management skills
-Temporary or permanent position

Duties:
-Prepares and coordinates all meals from standardized recipes.
-Keeps stock rooms, coolers and freezers clean and rotated.
-Assists in the coordination and execution of special events.
-Maintains food preparation
-Maintaining kitchen sanitation and safety standards
