On behalf of our client, a CYSEC regulated and leading FOREX Broker Firm with offices in Limassol we are seeking to recruit for Portuguese Speaking Trainee Customer Support Executives.
Job Description:
You will be receiving training on the company’s systems and procedures relevant to the process required to open client accounts and the functionality of these accounts. Finally you will be in position to assist clients with any queries related to their accounts and if required to refer them to another department of the firm.
