Job Description
The company
A licensed Corporate Administration Service Provider with offices in Nicosia
Responsibilities
The person to be appointed will provide corporate administration services. Primary responsibilities include:
• Able to handle registration of companies in Cyprus
• Maintain the statutory compliance of the companies and provide in-house corporate administration support
• Preparation of Directors/Shareholders resolutions, POA and legalization of documents
• Prepare and submit legal documents and forms to various Cyprus Governmental authorities
• Correspondence with various clients, lawyers, auditors and governmental authorities
• Opening of bank accounts and subsequent maintenance and update of authorised bank signatories
• Liaise with local and international banks for banking transactions

Profile of the ideal candidate
• 3-4 years of solid working experience in corporate administration is a must
• University degree in Business/Law or a related field will be consider as advantage
• Analytical skills, high levels of attention to detail, results orientation, very good interpersonal skills and time management skills
• Professional, well organised, diligent and able to work under pressure
• Advanced level proficiency with MS Office applications and knowledge of Quorum will be consider as advantage
• Fluent in Russian and English. Greek will be consider as advantage
