Develop existing client portfolio by following up on leads
Maintain the partner database to ensure accurate client information and contact details
Create reports with the partner department performance and point out issues
Research, initiate and execute plans to develop partnerships with online affiliates, affiliate networks and Introducing Brokers (IBs)
Work closely with the marketing team to implement marketing campaigns targeted at attracting new partners and campaigns to improve retention
Be responsible for promotions and campaigns targeted at partners
Collaborative selling style, direct sales to new and existing customers
Proven track record in financial Services
Eager to succeed and to meet reasonable targets set
Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients by ensuring highest level of service
Communicate marketing promotions to clients through telephone and email
Promote financial products and services and suggest changes to improve client trading activities.

Qualifications and Experience required:
•At least 3-5 years experience in a similar role in the Forex industry
•Excellent sales and negotiation track record
•Well versed in e-commerce practices and networking
•Excellent marketing and promotional background
