Incorporation and striking off, of companies
Opening of bank accounts locally and overseas
POAs, amendments and additions to articles
Minutes, resolutions etc.
Report to the Head of Cyprus Office


Requirements:

At least 3 years of relevant experience
Excellent managerial and people skills
Fluent in English
