• Providing support to customers via email/telephone
• Answering Client’s questions and queries
• Working to deadlines and KPI’S
• Resolving product and service related issues promptly and professionally
• Interacting with other departments as necessary to meet client’s needs
• Contribution to team effort by achieving targeted results
• Performing other tasks related to customer support provided by Management
• Providing internal support to back office department
• Must acquire a good understanding and knowledge of our products and system

• Fluency in English
• Italian, German, Spanish or any other languages will consider advantage
• At least one year experience within the forex / Binary industry
• A relevant Degree or Qualification
• High level of self-organized
• Great service oriented with the ability to provide awesome customer support
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to multitask
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent Knowledge in Microsoft office program as word, excel
• Cysec License, will consider an advantage
