Job Description
On behalf of our client, a small accounting firm with offices in Limassol, offering a pleasant working environment, we are seeking to recruit for the position of a Russian Speaking Receptionist / Secretary:

Main Duties:

Handle all incoming phone calls and allocate calls accordingly
Deal with other incoming correspondence i.e. faxes, general emails and post
Translate documents from Russian to English
Manage the front desk administration work i.e. filing, typing etc.
Greet visiting clients and occasionally prepare drinks or coffees
Provide other administrative support as and when required

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of reception experience
Excellent telephone manner
Pleasant personality
Well presented individual
Fluent in Russian and good English
Computer literate with MS Office Applications
Well organized with excellent communicating skills
Driving license
Eligible to work in Cyprus
