Job Description
On behalf of one of our clients a well established international investment firm, we are looking to recruit a Junior Customer Care officer for their offices in Limassol.

Job Responsibilities
Dealing with clients’ inquiries via live chat, email and telephone
Assisting clients with queries and questions
Resolve product and service related issues promptly and professionally
Promoting available products and services to clients
Interacting with other departments
Contribution to team effort by achieving targeted results

Job Requirements
Degree in a business-related field
Min. 2 years experience in a similar job role
Fluency in English and in any of the following languages: Russian, Arabic, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Polish or any other European languages
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Outstanding customer communication skills
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Excellent computer literacy
