An amazing opportunity has arisen to join the team here at AQUI Mediterranean Fusion Restaurant in Paphos. Due to our current and longstanding Chef retiring, we are looking for another hard working professional chef.
We are looking for a chef that loves food and has a passion for taste and presentation coupled with - The ultimate WOW factor. A firm believer that customers eat with their eyes first and foremost.
The successful candidate must be passionate about creating and presenting food of the highest quality and taste using fresh ingredients from scratch. They must also have the know-how of costings, creating menus & managing stock. Experience of managing a busy restaurant kitchen and be prepared to be involved with everything that a busy kitchen demands.
We only cater for up to a maximum of 40 diners every every evening and up to a maximum of 60 for Sunday lunch.There is only one sitting and Diners are not rushed. Therefore the applicant must have a passionate regard for the food, experience of working to exacting standards within the kitchen environment and strive to become part of an established and successful team. An applied knowledge of both personal and working hygiene standards are to be observed. Spoken and written English is used in the restaurant and is a requirement for the appointment.

Be able to plan menus and specials to minimise wastage.
Able to work under pressure.

Salary will be based on qualifications and experience.
Opening hours Tues - Sat 5:30 pm - 10:00 pm Sun 12 - 5pm. Closed Mondays and NO SPLIT SHIFTS!
