Our firm, AV Solutions Limited, which provides audiovisual, automation, lighting control and IP/network solutions, is currently seeking to recruit an experienced bookkeeper to fill a vacancy in accounting/finance department.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Maintaining records of financial transactions by posting transactions.
· Perform Bank Reconciliation.
· Conduct periodic reconciliations of petty Cash account, Trade Receivables/Payables accounts to ensure their accuracy.
· Dealing with financial paperwork and filing.
· Processing sales invoices, receipts and payments.
· Provide clerical and administrative support to management as request.
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
· A minimum of 2 years experience in a bookkeeping role.
· LCCI Qualification is highly desirable.
· Competency with accountancy software.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office package.
· Great communication skills; fluency in English and Greek would be a benefit.
· Knowledge of Quickbooks (accounting software) would be an advantage.
