We are looking for an experienced sales manager - call center supervisor to join our team in Limassol. 

We are a fast growing operator in the Binary Options arena and are looking to expand our call center operations.

To achieve this we need a TRUE LEADER in our call center. 

Your profile: 

– Extensive experience as Sales and/or call center manager in the Binary Options vertical. 
– VERY STRONG Sales Skills and experience.
– Supervising/managerial skills and experience. 

– Team Player and able to work under pressure to deliver requested tasks on time.
– Experience in establishment of a call center including recruitment and training
– Daily operations management , managing conversion and retention agents

– Excellent English Literate, professional proficiency or native speaker of Arabic or Russian
