On behalf of our client, an International and expanding organisation with offices in the heart of Limassol, we are seeking to recruit a candidate for the position of Receptionist. Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Answer the telephone, screen and direct calls
- Take and relay phone messages to the appropriate person
- Provide information to callers
- Meet and greet visitors to the office
- Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Prepare correspondence and documents
- Receive and sort mail and deliveries
- Schedule appointments
- Maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically
- Organize conference and meeting room bookings
- Coordinate meetings and organize catering when required
- Monitor and maintain office equipment and supplies
- Tidy and maintain the reception area
Key Skills/Experience:
- Ideally educated to degree level in Administration or a related field
- Previous Receptionist/Office Administration experience is essential
- Fluency in English (Written and Spoken) is a must, knowledge of the Russian language considered a significant advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong PC skills
- Excellent administrative and organisation skills
- Strong team player
