Job description, responsibilities:

• Plan, organize and direct the activities and functions of the Department;
• Develop and grow the network of clientele and business partners;
• Oversee and control back to back processes of VIP clientele accounts;
• Willing to reply to emergency travel needs after working hours (evenings, weekends and holidays)

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or other related field;
• Verbal and written fluency in Greek and English;
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills;
• Ability to deal with customers and team members, collect accurate information and to resolve conflicts;
• Experienced Sabre user;
• Previous experience in the Corporate Travel section will be added as a bonus.
