Job Description

The Account Manager is responsible for interacting with our existing and new clients.

The TAM will be proving support and managing the relationship between the company and the clients, focusing on advising clients regarding our offer, applying technical solutions, and seeking opportunities to develop business. The TAM will develop a strong technical understanding of company's system and services as well as the client's setups, identifying trends and cross-selling solutions to clients. Additionally, the TAM must ensure clients are fully leveraging our system’s capability to satisfy their business requirements.
Technical Account Managers will be responsible to assist new clients throughout the on-boarding process and on-going, facilitating a better communication with the client, understanding their requirements, and consulting the client in regards to their needs. The TAM will act as an intermediary, helping with the interaction between the clients and PrimeXM’s other departments.
A good fit for the TAM position is a person who is passionate, proactive, and happy to interact with clients. This role may require to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
The position will be based in Limassol, Cyprus.
 
Job Responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining a solid relationship with existing and new clients through multiple communication channels.
  • Providing account management, technical guidance and training to clients during the on-boarding process.
  • Handling client enquiries related to changes to their setup, including and additional fees involved.
  • Maintaining a solid understanding of company's offering, forthcoming releases, and the client's setup.
  • Identifying new business opportunities with the existing clients.
  • Sending clients communication, updates, new available features, etc.
  • Managing client expectations when required.
  • Manage communication between our clients who want to have mutual connections (maker-taker agreements and interaction, etc.).
  • Handling contract signing and setup details for new clients.
  • Liaising with other departments on behalf clients, and as part of internal projects.
  • Distributing information and requirements from other departments to clients.
  • Obtaining feedback and updates from the client, escalating as necessary.
  • Representing the company at events and expos.


Job Requirements

  • Must have a technical background, and technical work experience or qualifications.
  • Personality to fit relationship management, experience preferred but not necessary.
  • Ability to grasp technical concepts quickly.
  • Strong organisational skills, ability to prioritise different tasks quickly.
  • Must have a keen interest in Financial Markets, any experience is a benefit, training will be provided.
  • Must have integrity and strong communication skills.
  • Customer focused, results driven, self-motivated.
  • Efficient and take responsibility to get things done.
  • A team player, and can work with minimum supervision.

 
Qualifications

  • BSc / BEng in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Mathematics, Physics or a closely related field, any masters level qualifications are a bonus.
  • Fluent written and spoken English, any foreign languages are useful but not necessary.

 
Working hours
Office hours are 09:00 – 18:00 Monday to Friday, with 1 hour lunch break. Candidates are required to offer some flexibility to meet deadlines and client schedules.
