Job Description
- Receives customer orders and provides stock information.
- Maintains detailed client and order data in ERP system.
- Provides timely and accurate information regarding customer order status.
- Settles all import/export, custom and transportation issues in cooperation with external Customs Office and 3PL partner.
- Handles the invoicing procedure, in accordance with the local legal framework.
- Assists in various administration issues to ensure companyβs smooth daily operation.
- Maintains files and records of invoices, expenses and personnel files.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years at a similar role in a multinational Company.
- Bachelor in Business Administration, Logistics or Finance studies.
- Excellent knowledge of English, both oral and written, is a must.
