CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a leading global provider of wholesale VoIP services, we are seeking to recruit Sales representative to establish, lead and maintain their sales operations in Cyprus.
Key Duties/ Responsibilities:
- Initiate and progress new business in Cyprus; effectively search for new sales prospects by being fully immersed in the industry and attending worldwide Industry events and conventions.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from inception to deal close; including identifying potential clients, pitching, negotiating and contract signing.
- Maintain close relationships with clients to assure good level of satisfaction and success.
- Provide feedback to management regarding performance, forecast and pipeline.
- Maintain knowledge of competition in order to strategically position company's products and services.
Skills/Experience:
- Key Bachelor’s degree in related field required, technical background would be a plus.
- At least 3 years’ experience in sales and customer support.
- Strong selling capabilities and proven track record in successful sales activities.
- Good knowledge and understanding in the field of unified communications.
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines including monthly sales reports, weekly expense reporting and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English is a must, any additional languages considered an advantage.
- Online marketing / Call-center operations background would be considered an advantage.
- Familiarity with VoIP would be considered an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
