We represent a Cyprus part of business of an international group and are in need of an accountant to maintain returns of Cyprus Company in due order in Limassol.
The employee will:
- be dealing with preparation of financial reports, income statements and analyses of future earnings or expenses that summarise and forecast the Company’s financial position as well as its wholly owned subsidiaries and their operations in the Republic of Cyprus and abroad;
- be dealing with invoicing, collection, reconciliation, payment and periodical reports of the Company as well as its wholly owned subsidiaries and their operations in the Republic of Cyprus and abroad;
- be dealing with accounting, audit, and budget of the Company as well as its wholly owned subsidiaries and their operations in the Republic of Cyprus and abroad;
- be dealing with preparation of trial balance for audit and other reports of the Company as well as its wholly owned subsidiaries and their operations in the Republic of Cyprus and abroad;
- be dealing with the financial activities of the Company as well as its wholly owned subsidiaries and their operations in the Republic of Cyprus and abroad;
- resolve accounting discrepancies;
- recommend, develop and maintain financial data bases, computer software systems and manual filing systems;
- supervise the input and handling of financial data and reports for the company's automated financial systems;
- interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits;
- prepare the financial statement of a business, they also determine if the company is making profit or not;
- fulfill other duties as assigned.
The employee shall comply with the following:
- be fluent in the Russian and English languages - mandatory requirement;
- excellent knowledge of the accounting program 1C:enterprise and 1C: accountancy, as well as MS Excel - mandatory requirement;
- devote whole time and attention to the business of the Company and the performance of his/her duties during working hours, and
- not enter into an employment with any other person or firm or company or become interested directly or indirectly in any business which may be competitive to the interests of the Company.
A salary is determined subject to results of an interview.
