· Taking beverage and meal orders from customers and serving drinks and snacks as requested, paying extreme attention to details;
· Balancing cash receipts;
· Complying with all food and beverage regulations;
· Preparing checks for customers, processing customer payments and processing transactions using the POS system;
· Ensuring clean glasses and dishes, bar equipment and working areas, as well as maintaining clean environment in the main customer area;
· Assessing customers’ needs and preferences and making recommendations;
· Restocking and replenishing bar inventory and supplies;
Staying guest focused and nurturing an excellent guest experience.
· Fluency in English (knowledge of Russian and/or Greek would be considered an advantage);
· Perfect communication skills and ability to provide the service to large groups;
· Knowledge of POS and experience in working with documents;
· Previous experience in the similar position.
