Job Description
Day to day management of a medical practice:
- Appointment handling
- Basic accounting
- Emailing
- To answer calls professionally and offer a warm welcome to visitors and to ensure patients are cared for in a professional manner.
- To provide general secretarial duties within the practice including filing, archiving, typing, photocopying, scanning, the arranging of couriers, taking messages, faxing, and postal distribution.
- Preparation of various monthly, weekly and daily reports
- Booking operating theatre lists
- Buying all consumables for the pratice
- Run small errands outside the office
- Responsible for payment of utility bills of the practice
- Message taking
- Typing. Use of Word, Excel. (Pages and Numbers considered an advantage)
- Compose small brochure/presentations/PR material on computer
- Liaising with other medical professionals

Required Qualifications
Office management:
- Mother language English
- Greek
- Basic medical knowledge welcome but not an absolute requirement
- Computer literate - Apple Mac preferable
