On behalf of our client, a CySEC regulated provider of Forex and Binary Options trading solutions, we are currently seeking to recruit a motivated individual for the position of the Compliance Assistant for its Limassol office.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

•             Review and prepare legal documents

•             Assist in the drafting of compliance policies & procedures

•             Conduct internal compliance audits

•             Monitor and advise on new and ongoing projects, mainly from a legal perspective

•             Supervise the company’s monitoring unit

•             Perform research and provide guidance on legal and regulatory matters

•             Preparation of monthly regulatory reporting

•             Report directly to the Head of the Company’s Legal & Compliance Department

PROFILE:

•             Holder of the CySEC Basic or Advance certificate will be considered an advantage

•             Qualified lawyer (member of the Cyprus Bar Association)

•             Experience 2+ years in a law firm and/or investment services firm

•             Good knowledge of CySEC laws will be considered an advantage

•             Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
