Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Collect documents from clients with active accounts
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with business teams
• Support the customer team for clients verification
• Perform KYC
• Provide all releveant information to prospect clients
• Assist in the implementation of the procedures described in the company’s procedures manual or any other relevant policy
• Handle calls and incoming requests from clients
• Escalate complex cases to customer support manager if and when required
Key Requirements:
• Fluency in English plus Swedish is a must
• A university degree in Finance/ Economics/ Banking/ Business Administration or related field will be considered an advantage
• Previous experience in the financial/FX industry will be considered an advantage
• Results oriented and dynamic
• Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Trustworthy, ambitious, persuasive and self-motivated
