On behalf of our client, a leading Property Developer, we are currently seeking to recruit an experienced candidate for the position of the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for their offices based in Paphos.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Right hand of the Managing Director

·         Build and maintain a high performing team in the operations function, directing all policies and procedures related with the company’s operation and exercising budget control measures

·         Manage and increase the effectiveness of all relevant operations and support services, through improvement to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions

·         Oversee and improve all operational systems, business processes and controls

·         Ensure the prompt, professional and efficient service to existing and potential clients

·         Motivate, inspire and provide strong leadership within the department

PROFILE:

·         University degree, preferably in Finance or Business Administration or Law

·         Previous experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage

·         Proven experience in leading, managing and delegating a team of people

·         Strategic thinking, thought leadership and influencing skills

·         Reporting and cost control skills

·         Fluency in English and Greek, both written and oral

·         Proficient in Microsoft applications
