ā¢ English AĀ MUST: Mother tongue or mother tongue level (speaking and writing)
ā¢ Russian AĀ MUST: Mother tongue (speaking and writing)
ā¢ Experience in customer service aĀ MUST
ā¢ Experience inĀ technicalĀ supportĀ an advantage
ā¢ Resourceful and able to learn quickly
ā¢ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

The position is full time in shifts (9 hours/5 days a week), Monday through Friday
Must be available for late shifts at least once a week (12:00-21:00).
