CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a CySEC Licensed Investment Firm with offices in Limassol, we are seeking to recruit a well-qualified candidate for the position of Reconciliation Officer to join their expanding team of professionals.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Research and reconcile missing payments.
- Ensure monies are posted correctly.
- Monitors bank accounts activity daily for multiple bill payment platforms.
- Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations.
- Researches and responds to exception inquiries.
- Assists team with gathering data from various systems and software.
- Prepares and submits various weekly and monthly reports for management.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Proven work experience in a similar role.
- High level of English language both verbal and written.
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
- Quick learner and high level of analytical skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data.
- BSc degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics or Bookkeeper qualification.
