CPM Stars is looking for a highly-motivated and alert person to perform numerous general and official receptionist duties. Responsibilities
· Maintain multiple schedules and organize day-to-day workflow and appointments,
· Plan and schedule all travel for CEO, including airline / train tickets purchasing, hotel reservations, etc.
· Manage expense reports
· Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for company records and correspondence
· Organize / coordinate conferences and meetings
· Greet and welcome guests and customers in person or on the telephone and provide answers for general inquiries
· Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential
· Maintain office supplies inventory

Desired Strengths
· Must have at least 12 months’ work experience assisting a management position
· Must be extremely organized, detail-oriented, quick-thinking, and demonstrate the ability to solve problems
· Must be able to work independently and set priorities
· Professional typing speed
· Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Greek. Any other language is an advantage
· Familiar with computers and confident with electronic devices
· Professional user of MS Office is essential. SAP systems familiarity a bonus
· College degree or equivalent work experience preferred
· Well groomed with pride in appearance
· Full driving license
