Our Client is a leading fiduciary services provider company with offices in Nicosia and overseas.
On behalf of our client we are seeking to recruit for the position of a:
Senior Corporate Lawyer.
This role will see you primarily working and managing affairs of a number of companies, administration and corporate matters.
You will also oversee agreements and resolutions pertaining other groups and clients as may be allocated. Management of complex group of companies and trust structures, re domiciliation and dissolution procedures in Cyprus and for offshore companies, direct communication with clients for developing solutions according to clients needs.
Your duties will include, amongst others:
· Overseeing fully corporate matters of several companies
- Investment Schemes / Citizenship work and services
· Daily ongoing communication with clients’ advisors
· Drafting and or Review of resolutions, agreements (pledge, loan etc) and / or any other documents
· Amendments of MAA, full scope of work
· Ensure that companies affairs are maintained in full order, i.e. proper conduct of AGMs, KYC review and update,
· Drafting, review of various POAs, resolutions as well as their high-level review
· Due Diligence procedures for companies
· Immigration matters, drafting and review of Reservation and Sales Agreements, Sales Contract and post sales matters, rental agreements, employment agreement as may be needed.
· Other tasks in line with your duties
Minimum Requirements:
- Law Degree preferably from a UK University
- At least 5 years of experience as per the job description
