Job Responsibilities
- Administrative support to the company’s consultants,
- Converting candidate’s CV’s confidentially onto the company’s template.
- Database administration
- Responding to candidate emails and also assisting the company's employees with ad hoc duties.
- Posting job vacancies on the company website, Facebook page and Linkedin page.
- Posting job vacancies on different advertising websites
- Answering phone calls and assessing their query in order to direct the calls where appropriate
- Dealing with the incoming calls of new clients.
- Any other ad-hoc activities
Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
- Any additional languages will be considered an advantage
- Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage
- Very good knowledge of Word and Excel
- Ability to learn fast
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Positive attitude and willingness to continuously learn
- Articulate and professional manner.
- Computer literate.
- Able to multi-task
- Effective problem solver.
