Our Company, the financial services provider, regulated by the Central Bank of Cyprus, is looking to recruit a Back Office Manager for our office in Limassol;
Responsibilities:
Opening client accounts in the company systems upon reviewing the KYC documentation in line with the Company’s policies and procedures
Accurately recording clients’ information and documents in the Company’s record systems
Other ad-hoc duties as per managements’ request
Responding to client account queries via Email, telephone calls and Chat in a polite and professional manner.
Qualifications:
University Degree or any other relevant qualification
Excellent verbal and written skills in English, Russian language will be considered as an advantage
Knowledge of Microsoft package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good communication skills
Characteristics of integrity discreteness, trustworthiness and reliability
Paying attention to detail, proactive character
