On behalf of our client, a leading corporate services provider firm, we are seeking to recruit for an experienced Russian Speaking Personal Assistant:
Location: Nicosia
Description:
From the position of PA your responsibilities are outlined below and are not limited to:
- Arranging travel, visas and accommodation
- Providing general assistance during presentations;
- Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate;
- Organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments;
- Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the director;
- Taking dictation and minutes during board and other meetings;
- Carrying out background research and presenting findings;
- Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;
- Organising and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings;
- Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff;
Requirements:
· At least 3 years of PA experience
· Fluency in Russian and English
· Flexible to travel
· It Literate with MS Word, Excel and Power Point
· Excellent Communicating skills
· Excellent Presentation skills
· Professional manner
· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
· Pleasant and friendly personality
