MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 Undertake KYC activities for the on-boarding of new clients, working closely with the business to ensure timely on-boarding
 Cooperate with the Risk Analyst on verification procedures
 Clients’ funds reconciliation processing
 Deal with customers and service providers in relation to payments issues.
 Assist with clients' deposits and payment issues
 Improve operational processes
 Work with internal departments to address on-boarding issues
 Applying operational procedures and ensuring that all procedures and internal controls are followed
 To manage on-going private client relationships and take proactive steps to maximize client satisfaction
 Maintain deal record and P&L on a daily basis
 To update market information on the trading platform
 Prepare reports requested from a Management
 To assist with all after sales issues which may include: collecting documents, withdrawals, deposits, funds transfers and account and trading issues etc.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Hands on experience in a MT4 environment at Manager level is a requirement;
• Minimum 1-2 years experience as Back Officer in similar environment;
• Strong experience with Risk Management procedures and best practices;
• Licensed by CySEC to Provide Investment Services Level would be considered as a benefit
• Degree in Finance or related field
• Fluent English and Russian
• Ability to quickly and accurately analyse various financial events
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and inquiries simultaneously.
