Our client is a fintech company that deals with financial projects in a variety different markets and market segments. They are currently looking for a customer service oriented Help Desk Specialist to provide technical support to users in an efficient and accurate manner. The Help Desk Specialist will be considered as the firm’s front liner and he/she will solve basic technical problems and provide support for all assigned areas.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide first level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues
  • First level support of Gmail, Underwriter cabinet (create/delete/modify user accounts and groups)
  • Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support (to central office)
  • Update user data
  • Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software
  • Ensure proper recording, documentation and closure
  • Recommended procedure modifications or improvements
  • Organize communications with service and hardware suppliers

Requirements

  • Proven working experience in providing help desk support
  • Technical English
  • Desirable to know Russian/Ukrainian
  • Working knowledge of standard software (Windows 8,10, MSOffice, antivirus etc.), PC hardware and technical environment
  • Be able to manage network environment for small offices (WiFi points, small routers, connect to Internet provider)
  • Customer service orientation
