Digital Marketing Executive

On behalf of our client we are seeking to recruit an experienced digital marketing executive to join their team.

• Paid social and programmatic marketing channels across the region to hit monthly performance goals
• Providing support with regular reporting and run in-depth analysis of marketing programs to identify optimization potential
• Managing and driving multiple digital marketing projects and delivering effective results
• Performing analusis of web trends, site conversion rates and ad campaigns to drive revenue growth
• Running and taking end-to-end ownership of digital marketing channels for your specific market
• Working closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to determine actionable performance optimizations of marketing campaigns
• Performing data analysis to identify business development opportunities and cost efficiencies
• Analysing marketing and business metrics and providing ROI analysis of all marketing campaigns
• Providing user demographics, behaviour data and analysis for market segmentation and product evaluation
• Undertaking any additional tasks to meet the needs of the Marketing Analysis team

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

• Degree in marketing or any other related field
• 2-3 years' digital marketing experience in managing large scale search and paid social accounts with a strong focus on geo-targeting
• Experience in running multi-language peerformance campaigns
• Proven SEM knowledge of Google Adwords and/or Bing Ads - certification will be a plus
• Strong proficiency of Facebook Power Editor
• Experience in running performance driven awareness campaign cross Paid Social and DoubleClick Bid Manager (DBM)
• Demonstrated strong analytical skills and knowledge of tools like Google Analytics
• Deep understanding of web analutics methodologies with an understanding of conversion funnels, optimization techniques, and bid management
• Experience in SEO will be considered a plus
• Advanced computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel (i.e. pivot tables, VLOOLUPs) and PowerPoint to aid internal reporting
• Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate self-starter qualities and to research performance issues and formulate tangible solutions
• Flexible attitude, appreciation for the competitive landscape constantly evolving, and ability to adapt approach accordingly
