Job Description

Duties:

  • Answering incoming calls from our customers
  • Inputting Orders on our computer systems
  • Resolve Customer Queries
  • Upsells

Working Hours:

  • Full time: Working 5 days a week
  • Monday - Sunday
  • 7 hours per work day plus 1 hour break
  • Working hours: 10:00 - 18:00, 11:00 - 19:00, 12:00 - 20:00 shift patterns
Required Qualifications
  • Native English Speakers - Fluent in both spoken and written
  • No previous experience necessary, as full training will be given
  • Basic computer and typing skills
