Key Responsibilities of the position:
· Classifying AML Documents
· Calls Monitoring
· Risk Monitoring
· Perform KYC checks for Clients
· Ensuring that KYC and AML procedures are processed effectively
· Communicating with clients regarding documents
· Approving Withdrawals
· Handling any Back Office requests from Sales/Retention regarding Deposits, Withdrawals, etc.
· Handling customer requests through phone and emails
· Preparation of reports
· Handling relevant Back Office issues
· Checking swift copies
· Checking CC refunds
· Handling requests about closing accounts
· Handling requests about tax statements
· Translations
· Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements and Competencies:
Must speak English fluently and be a native speaker of POLISH
University degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Management or a related field will be considered an advantage
· Previous experience will be considered an advantage
· Computer Literate
· Excellent communication skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· Ability to work well under pressure and reaching personal targets
· Ability to multi task
· High working ethics and willingness to learn and develop
· The position involves residency in Limassol, Cyprus
· Working hours from 11.00-19.00.
